Medium in size, is located in the central area of the small fishing village of Villanova (Ostuni Marine), pearl of the Brindisi coastline, just 50 meters from the sea and the touristic port, just steps from the most charming resorts Puglia (WWF protected Park Guaceto tower with its white beaches, Alberobello and its trulli, Cisternino, Castellana Grotte, Martina Franca, Fasano Zoosafari, Lecce and Salento, San Giovanni Rotondo, etc.).

Consisting of 40 comfortable apartments distributed in two rows, available in the type studios (with large square) and three rooms (on the ground floor or first floor with balcony or veranda), newly furnished in modern style complete with cookware and tableware extent adequate, umbrella and two deckchair to transport to the beach.
