    1 ) Booking
    The booking is definitely confirmed only upon receipt of the " confirmation email " that the residence will ship immediately after receiving the deposit. The Blumarine Residence reserves the right to refuse accounts that should arrive after the agreed date for the reservation request.

    2) Payment
    30% of the rent is to be paid by way of deposit of the residence also by post or bank within the period referred to in paragraph 1 . The balance of the rent must be paid on arrival in cash upon execution of the lease and the delivery of the keys . No form of payment will be accepted other than cash.

    3 ) Termination
    in case of cancellation of the booking, the customer is required to pay the following penalties: - 30 % of the price ( deposit ) if cancellation is notified more than 7 days prior to arrival ; -100% Of the agreed price if the cancellation is communicated on the day of arrival ; For no reason refunds are made for early departure.

    4) Check
    The arrival ( during the months of July or August) must take place on the appointed day between 14.00 and 19.00 in the afternoon. In case of delay, please promptly notify the Residence . Otherwise the apartment will be considered free and can be rented with the consequences for the client, referred to in point no. 3 . Upon arrival must be shown for registration, identity documents of all persons who will occupy the apartment.

    5) Rules of stay
    And ' forbidden to accommodate more people than is allowed by the number of beds indicated in our offer. Pets can be brought only if authorized by us. Guests of the Residence will have to take down the TV volume and any other sound device , so as not to disturb other guests.     6) Equipment of apartments
    All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped : gas stove, refrigerator , kitchen utensils ( pots, dishes, etc. . ) , Running hot and cold water, electricity to 220 volts . Customers are required to accept and use the services provided by the Residence as well as these are provided and organized . The Administration is exempt from all liability for any suspension of services made necessary by the maintenance or repair of the equipment or employees from other cause not attributable to it.

    7) Check-out
    The apartment must be vacated by 9.00 am on the morning of . The Client must allow our staff to check the status of conservation. The Residence , upon request, may authorize the departure of the night or out of office hours , but in this case we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid , to the next point , and mail it once carried the necessary controls. The apartment must be left clean, free of garbage, empty refrigerator, dishes washed and the kitchen spotless .

    8 ) Deposit
    The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and of its equipment ( kitchenware, refrigerator , mattresses, etc. . ) . Complaints regarding the state of the apartment and the inventory will be accepted only within 24 hours after arrival. Broken or damaged items must be paid at the list price. A guarantee for the observance of the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order , at the discretion of the Residence at the time of collection of the keys can be requested a deposit of Euro 100,00 . This deposit will be refunded after you have checked -out.

    9 ) Responsibilities of Residence
    No responsibility can be attributed to the Residence for breakages , accidents, losses , thefts and inconveniences in general that you may occur. The staff shall give its services to help solve any problems.

    10) Laws on
    For everything that is not covered , we refer to the general rules in force concerning stating right now that any dispute concerning this contract will be ' referred to the decision of three arbitrators at the Chamber of Commerce of Bari The parties may choose from the referee unique and the arbitration panel composed of three arbitrators (we recommend the choice of the single arbitrator for disputes of small entities ' ) . The Parties will have to choose whether the decision of the referee shall be made in accordance with law or fairness ' .
