Laundry: from bed € 15,00 for person; from bath € 7,00 for person

Assistant bed: € 80,00 for all the periods and for the typologies of apartments Mono and Trilo C

Animals: admitted of small ransom with supplement of € 50,00 (excluded common places)

The week of 19/07-26/07 combined to the preceding one or to the following one, discount 15%

1) Booking
You booking is to intend him definitely confirmed only to the reception of the "letter of confirmation " that the residence will immediately send after having received the penitential deposit. 2) Payment

Anybody form of payment will be accepted if not for cash.

5) Norms of stay

6) Endowment of the apartments

The clients are kept to accept and to use the services lent by the Residence as these are furnished and organized..The administration is exonerated by every responsibility for the possible suspension of the services made necessary by the jobs of maintenance or reparation of the fittings or dependent from other non imputable cause to it.

7) Departure
The apartment must be leaves within the hours 09.00 of morning of the established day. The departure must happen on time of office to allow our personnel to check the state of maintenance and cleaning. The Residence, on application, you/he/she can authorize at night the departure and however out schedule of office, but in this case the right reserves him to hold back the possible versed security, of which to the following point, and to send her/it for mail once effected the necessary controls. The apartment must be leaves in order, free from garbage, the empty refrigerator, the dish washed and the angle cooking perfectly clean.

8) Bail
The tenant hocks him to have the maximum care of the apartment and the domestic equipments, (dish, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.). Claims, as it regards the state of the apartment and the inventory, you/they will be accepted only in the 24 following hours to the arrival. 9) Responsibility of the Residence
